Bosworth-Davies is a consultant with considerable experience in all
areas of fraud, economic and white-collar crime, and money
laundering, as an investigator, an academic, a regulator,
a writer and from the legal perspective. He has the
unusual experience of having both arrested and
successfully prosecuted financial criminals, and to have
acted in the professional defence of persons suspected of
having committed such crimes.

Institute of Money Laundering Prevention Officers
The Institute of Money Laundering
Prevention Officers was founded in February 2001. It
currently has around 75 members, representing most areas
of the UK financial services industry. Thinking
